Â
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Rebel Creative website (the "Site") or placing an order with us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Definitions

-
"Products" means any goods offered for sale on the Site, whether stock/unprinted items or custom-printed items.
-
"Order" means a request placed by you to purchase Products.
-
"Artwork" means any logo, design, image, or text supplied by you (or created by us on your behalf) for use on custom-printed Products.
-
"Contract" means the agreement formed between you and us for the supply of Products, as described in Section 4.
Â
3. Eligibility and Use of the Site
Â
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to place an Order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an Order or creating an account.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful use.
Â
4. Orders and Contract Formation

-
Product listings on the Site are an invitation to treat, not an offer to sell.
-
When you place an Order, we will send an order acknowledgement. This does not constitute acceptance of your Order.
-
A binding Contract is formed only when we send you confirmation that your Order has been dispatched (or, for custom-printed Products, once you have approved the final artwork proof and we have confirmed production).
-
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion, for example where a Product is out of stock, pricing was displayed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. Where we cancel an Order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.
Â
5. Custom-Printed Products

Because much of our range involves bespoke printing, the following additional terms apply to custom-printed Orders:
-
Artwork approval: We will provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to check the proof carefully for spelling, colours, layout, and content. Production will not begin until you provide written approval.
-
Accuracy of colours: Colours shown on-screen may vary slightly from the printed result due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes. We are not liable for minor colour variation of this kind.
-
Your responsibility for Artwork: You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use any Artwork you supply, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from Artwork you provide.
-
Right to refuse Artwork: We reserve the right to refuse to print any Artwork that is unlawful, offensive, infringes third-party rights, or that we otherwise consider inappropriate.
-
Cancellations after approval: Once you have approved a proof and production has started, custom-printed Orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable, except where the Products are faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Â
6. Right to Cancel (Consumer Orders)

If you are a consumer ordering stock (non-personalised) Products, you generally have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days of receiving the Products, without giving a reason, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Please note: this right to cancel does not apply to custom-printed or personalised Products, as these are made to your specification, in accordance with the Regulations.

To cancel an eligible Order, contact us at sales@rebelcreativeltd.co.uk within the cancellation period. You will need to return the Products at your own cost, in a resalable condition, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned Products.
This section applies to consumers only. Trade/business customers should refer to Section 7 below.
Â
7. Trade and Bulk Orders

Where you are purchasing as a business, trade, or in bulk quantities, separate terms relating to minimum order quantities, lead times, and cancellation may apply as set out on your quote or invoice. In the event of a conflict, those specific terms will take precedence over this Section 6 for that Order.

8. Pricing and Payment

-
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and, unless stated otherwise, include VAT.
-
We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on your Order, we will contact you before proceeding.
-
Payment is required in full at the time of Order unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g. for approved trade accounts).
-
We accept payment via Credit/Debit Cards, Digital Wallets.
Â
9. Delivery

-
Delivery times quoted on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed, particularly for custom-printed Orders which depend on artwork approval and production schedules.
-
Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. Title to the Products passes once full payment has been received.
-
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays.
-
Please inspect deliveries promptly and notify us of any damage, shortages, or discrepancies within [3] working days.
Â
10. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If Products are faulty, damaged in transit, or do not match your Order (including approved artwork), please contact us at sales@rebelcreativeltd.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will offer a repeat print, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for consumers) or equivalent legislation.

11. Product Suitability and Food Contact Compliance
We aim to ensure our food packaging products meet applicable UK food contact material regulations. However:
-
It remains your responsibility to check that a Product is suitable for your specific intended use (e.g. hot/cold food, oven/microwave use, specific food types).
-
Any guidance on suitability provided on the Site or by our team is given in good faith but does not replace your own due diligence, particularly if you are a food business with your own regulatory obligations.
-
We are not liable for losses arising from a Product being used in a manner inconsistent with its stated intended use.
Â
12. Intellectual Property

-
All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by or licensed to Rebel Creative and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written consent, other than for normal use of the Site to place an Order.
-
Where we create original artwork or design for you as part of an Order, ownership and usage rights will be as agreed at the time of quoting, and by default remain with Rebel Creative unless otherwise stated in writing.
Â
13. Limitation of Liability

-
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
-
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any Order is limited to the price paid for that Order.
-
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
-
We do not exclude or limit liability for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 where applicable.
Â
14. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site or placing an Order, you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described there.
Â
15. Changes to These Terms
Â
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an Order will apply to that Order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Â
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
